This Halloween was not unlike many others...my house was the only one on the block with the porch light on (is that old school yet?) and unfortunately, my niece couldn't trick or treat because she had a bad cold :( Anyway, we girls did hit the streets as costume judges anonymous, and bore witness to a few, well...it's DC we can't help it!
